About Hummock Pond

The Hummock Pond area of Nantucket Island covers 780 acres of protected open space. Sanford Farm is the cornerstone of the wonderful walking trails that are found within the Hummock Pond area. Hummock Pond is jointly owned by the Nantucket Conservation Foundation as well as the Nantucket Land Bank - ensuring this stunning natural area will be able to be enjoyed by generations to come.
