About Madaket

Madaket is a laid-back area on the western end of Nantucket known for its stunning sunsets. Madaket is located about 6 miles west of Town and is home to pristine beaches, sandy trails, beautiful flowering moors, and one of Nantucket’s best summer restaurants. You are likely to find people fishing in the creeks, marshes, and ponds to the north and east as well as boats with people fishing in the harbor and an inlet called Hither Creek.
