This historically charming and spacious home is located on the corner of Sconset's iconic Main Street, in a prime spot just seconds away from the village center. Large private gardens and roomy bright interiors! A gourmet market, fresh vegetable stand, three outstanding restaurants, rotating food trucks, bars, beach, red clay tennis courts, golf and public transport are all within short walking distance. This property has been in the same family for several generations and was built circa 1880 to house a member of the growing Artists' colony in the village. The home generously features artwork by a local artist of the mid-century, all painted on island. The local beach has a large playground for young children and lifeguards. The exterior has just been freshly renovated in 2021.
