Welcome to Sonce at ACK! This bright, spacious and well-cared for 3-bedroom house is only seconds from Surfside bike path. It is conveniently located near the sandwich and the coffee shops, the bike shop and the grocery store. Quick bike ride will get renters to popular beaches such as Surfside beach on one side, and Miacoment pond ideal for fishing, on the other side. First floor description: To the left of entry is a bright and stylish living room space with a bay window. To your convenience you'll find a comfortable couch, two arm chairs and a side table. Additional sitting area with two more chairs and a side table available. Across from the bay window is a 55" Amazon Fire smart TV and an electric fireplace. Living room brings you to the spacious fenced yard with pergola, fire pit and chairs. On the same level is a large fully equipped kitchen with a pantry room, and a dining room. The dining room can comfortably sit 8 people. Keurig coffee machine, Nespresso machine, griddle, flat electric cook top, toaster and a toaster oven are among a few amenities that you'll find in the kitchen. French interior door from the living room leads to a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedside tables. Tenants are welcome to use the computer in the room. A nice mirror desk and a chair that go with it will make your computer use experience more relaxing. Another door from the bedroom leads to a hallway between the kitchen and a first floor bathroom. A new washer and dryer have been recently installed in this bathroom. Second floor description: Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a twin, and another, with three twin beds. Each room has a window AC unit. Both rooms share a spacious bathroom that has a shower with a tub, and a double vanity. Second floor bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom. The two doors in the bathroom are connecting the two rooms on this level. The whole second floor area has been recently updated with the hardwood floors. Back yard: Outdoor shower. Bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas may be found in the basement and are available for guest use. Overall, a fun great rental property to enjoy during your stay on Nantucket!
