This newly built and professionally decorated three-bedroom Nantucket vacation rental is located on the edge of Town - convenient to both mid-island and Town.

First Floor: Enter through the front door, to the right is the living room with large flat-screen television, to the right is a well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating for four. Just beyond is the dining area with seating for six and French doors to the back patio. Off of the kitchen is a mud/laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a powder room, an exterior door leads to the outdoor shower. The master bedroom is at the back of the house and has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower.

Second Floor: There are two guest bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed and the other with twins. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and a glass-enclosed tiled tub/shower combo.
