Transferrable ferry tickets available for certain dates. First Floor: When you enter 2 Spindrift Circle you are greeted by a light and bright family room with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and a chandelier that enhances the Nantucket vibe. As you proceed, your eyes are drawn to the magnificent new swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and entertainment area in the back yard. Before exploring the back yard oasis, you will pass through the well-appointed kitchen and large dining area that includes a handsome, reclaimed oak table for 10 and a large island with three stools for casual dining. The kitchen has been recently updated with a new Miele refrigerator, induction range and commercial range hood. The first floor also offers a convenient queen bedroom, casual upholstered cane chair for private relaxation and en suite with bathtub/shower. An updated half bath and a large washroom with a washer, dryer and large utility sink complete the first floor. Second Floor: On the second floor, guests will find two private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the right, is a well-appointed bedroom offering a king size bed with dressers, nightstands, and a desk. The bedroom to the left side provides flexible sleeping arrangements, including matching queen and twin beds, two night stands, a dresser and an island-style, upholstered cane chair for relaxing in the privacy of your bedroom. Nestled between the two bedrooms is the shared bathroom with double sinks, marble counters and crisply tiled bathtub/shower. Lower Level: The home was moved on the property in 2019 to accommodate the backyard oasis, allowing owners to pour a new foundation with a walk out lower level. The homes entire utility systems were updated during this renovation, offering current HVAC on multiple zones throughout the home, to ensure your family's comfort. In addition to the 9' ceilings, a luxurious living space was created with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a large TV for family gatherings or movie night. The walkout leads to a staircase that provides direct access to the backyard oasis. Two additional bedrooms, with spa-like en-suite bathroom, and full windows complete this private oasis. One bedroom is appointed with twin beds, a nightstand, and an armoire/dresser. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, nightstands and a large dresser to make guests feel right at home. Outside: The pool, hot tub, fire pit and landscaping were built in 2022. Outdoor space includes four lounge chairs by the pool, multiple umbrellas, and three outdoor sofas around the firepit. You will also find a gorgeous outdoor farm table with comfortable seating for ten guests. Make yourself at home with the family sized Weber grill, this is connected to the home's propane system to ensure consistent reliability. The outdoor space is completed with a large, private outdoor shower (owner's favorite spot) accessed directly from the rear deck. Lastly eight Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas and a variety of beach games can be found in the shed to make your outings to Nantucket's world-renowned beaches equally special.
