This cozy, updated West End cottage has beautiful harbor views. There are multiple living areas inside and out. The property is air-conditioned, newly furnished, and located about 50 yards from the public pier - a great spot to launch kayaks or a small boat. This quaint cottage provides modern amenities, new furnishings, and the perfect setting to enjoy a summer vacation.

First Floor: From a large yard with water views is the front porch which is complete with a dining table and a grill. You enter into a kitchen and living room area with all new appliances including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The master has a cathedral ceiling, its own air conditioning zone, and a queen bed. A built-in Queen bed comprises the second bedroom which is also air-conditioned. A third, small bedroom is accessed from the living room area and has a 74'' standard lofted twin bunk and a day bed beneath.

There is a shared full bath with a cast iron tub, a half bath accessed from the kitchen with private access from the master and the back deck has an outdoor shower. In the kitchen, there is bartop seating for three.

Located at the opposite end of a large lot is another rental home. The cottage may be rented separately, or when the houses are rented together, it serves as the perfect space for extra guests. This is a NON-Smoking House and Pets are not permitted.
