Judy found her passion for real estate in the 1980’s while working in California, then France, then back stateside. She came to know and appreciate a variety of architectural styles and how the right home can empower us to live our best lives.

An island homeowner for 15 years, Judy was a frequent visitor before that. She appreciates Nantucket’s ideal combination of unspoiled natural spaces, beautiful beaches and the history and pleasures of town. She volunteers her time at the Maria Mitchell Association, the Nantucket Atheneum and other groups, that serve to keep the island’s resources available to all, and its environment healthy. 

Judy’s management background in finance, technology and entertainment, as well as an MBA from Stanford, gives her an educated eye into real estate values, trends and transaction details.

Judy has supervised the development of complex resort properties for the Walt Disney Company, and has managed extensive residential renovations and expansions. Her depth of experience marketing homes for sale help her clients work through pre-listing checklists in preparation to sell. Having lived many places, she’s gratified to bring a high level of service to Nantucket sellers and buyers.
